Liability Waiver

GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By checking the box and signing electronically, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this legally binding waiver.

  1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

    I acknowledge that participation in events, parties, entertainment services, equipment use (including but not limited to inflatables, games, installations, & activities) provided or organized by I Fast Parties Ltd (the “Company”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, emotional distress, or death.

    I voluntarily & knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from my participation.

  2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

    To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ontario, I hereby release, waive, & forever discharge I Fast Parties Ltd, including its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, successors, & assigns, from any & all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or expenses, including those arising from ordinary negligence, related to my participation in the activities.

  3. LIMITATIONS (ONTARIO COMPLIANCE)

    Nothing in this waiver releases liability for:

    • Gross negligence
    • Willful misconduct
    • Fraud
    • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Ontario law
  4. INDEMNIFICATION

    I agree to indemnify & hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from:

    • My actions or omissions
    • Breach of this agreement
    • Injury or damage caused by me to others or property
  5. MEDICAL FITNESS

    I confirm I am physically & mentally fit to participate & accept full responsibility for any medical costs incurred. I understand the Company does not provide medical insurance.

  6. ALCOHOL / SUBSTANCES (IF APPLICABLE)

    I understand that alcohol or substance use increases risk & accept full responsibility for my conduct & safety.

  7. PERSONAL PROPERTY

    The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

  8. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

    I grant permission for photos or videos taken during events to be used for marketing & promotional purposes without compensation.

  9. MINORS (REQUIRED FOR UNDER 18)

    If signing for a minor, I confirm I am the parent or legal guardian & agree to all terms on the minor’s behalf.

  10. GOVERNING LAW

    This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario & the laws of Canada applicable therein.

  11. ELECTRONIC CONSENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    I understand that:

    • This agreement is legally binding
    • I am giving up my right to sue
    • My electronic signature is equivalent to a handwritten signature under Ontario law
